OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor is Drivestyle Threads, operated by Drivestyle Garage (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion is scheduled to run from September 1, 2026, through December 5, 2026. The drawing is scheduled for December 5, 2026. (May be extended to fill all entry spots)
The Sponsor must ensure that the published dates and entry procedures accurately reflect the promotion as originally offered. Any necessary changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to eligible legal residents of all 50 states, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are ineligible. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor may request reasonable proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. Prize Options and Value
One (1) winner will be selected. The winner may choose one of the following vehicles:
- 2006 Subaru WRX STI; or
- 1978 Kawasaki KZ650 SR motorcycle.
The winner will not receive both vehicles.
The currently stated approximate retail value (ARV) is $5,000 USD. The Sponsor must verify and accurately disclose the retail value of each prize option and the total value of prizes offered before continuing the promotion.
The selected vehicle will be awarded in its disclosed condition. The Sponsor will disclose relevant mileage, title status, known material defects, and other material limitations before the winner accepts the prize.
The Sponsor will pay for transportation of the selected vehicle to the winner and applicable taxes associated with the prize, subject to applicable law. The Sponsor will handle any required tax reporting and withholding.
The winner remains responsible for registration, title transfer, insurance, inspections, and costs not expressly covered by the Sponsor.
5. Free Mail-In Entry
No purchase, payment, donation, or merchandise order is required to enter or win.
To enter by mail, hand-print the following information on a plain sheet of paper:
- Full legal name
- Complete mailing address
- Date of birth
- Telephone number
- Email address
- The statement: “I have read and agree to the Official Rules of the Drivestyle Threads Giveaway.”

Entries must be received by December 5, 2026, to be eligible. Entries must be complete, legible, and submitted by an eligible individual.
Each eligible mail-in entry will be included in the drawing under the same entry limits and winner-selection procedures applicable to all other authorized entries.
6. Purchases and Payments
Purchasing merchandise from www.drivestylethreads.com is not required to enter or win.
A direct payment of $50 through Venmo to @Drivestyleonwheels is not an authorized entry method under these rules. Sending money does not constitute a valid entry.
No purchase, donation, or payment may be required as a condition of entry or winning. No purchase-based entry incentives may be offered unless the Sponsor has obtained appropriate legal review and updated the official rules before offering them.
7. Entry Limit
The promotion is limited to 300 total eligible entries across all authorized entry methods combined.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. The Sponsor will maintain records of entries received and apply the entry limit consistently.
The Sponsor must use a fair, documented process for handling entries if the cap is approached or reached, including free mail-in entries. No entry will be rejected or disadvantaged solely because it was submitted through the free method.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing is scheduled for December 5, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the information supplied with the winning entry. The winner must respond within [5 DAYS] and may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete legally required documents.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in accordance with these rules and applicable law.
9. Prize Delivery and Taxes
The Sponsor will arrange and pay for transportation of the selected vehicle to the winner and cover applicable prize-related taxes as described above.
The winner must cooperate with the Sponsor to complete title transfer and other legally required documentation.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify entrants who submit fraudulent information, tamper with the entry process, or interfere with the proper administration of the promotion.
Any suspension, modification, or termination must be handled in accordance with applicable law. The Sponsor will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already participated.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and meet legal obligations. Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy and relevant law.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to advertise it.
13. Winner Information
Requests for the winner’s name may be mailed to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1, marked “Giveaway Winner Request,” within [SPECIFY REQUEST PERIOD] after the drawing.
The Sponsor will provide winner information to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
15. Acceptance of Rules
By submitting an eligible entry, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
